Job summary.

Our growing agency needs a motivated and experiencedAccount Managerto develop innovative marketing strategies and oversee client projects. As the Account Manager, you will oversee client programs This includes developing content for social media and other digital campaigns, establishing budgets, monitoring projects to ensure they meet deadlines, and evaluating each campaign for effectiveness.


Here’s what you’ll do. (responsibilities)

  • Build brand equity and deliver results for the client
  • Supporting Mundy’s values
  • Planning and executing programs that are on brand, on time and on budget
  • Leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals ensuring that brand strategy and objectives are being met
  • Leading the development and delivery of strategic solutions
  • Developing rapport with clients, partner suppliers, troubleshooting conflicts as they arise
  • Actively contributing to overall idea generation with agency team
  • Delivering polished client presentations
  • Serving as an integral member of account team within the agency for client(s) with responsibility for developing and managing client business
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Overseeing the financial aspects of the programs/account(s)


Here’s what we’re looking for. (qualifications & requirements)

  • Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently between accounts and projects
  • Experience managing/training/mentoring junior team members
  • Proven success in leading complex projects of all sizes
  • Polished, professional demeanor, team player
  • Proven leadership of clients and partners
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience working with and managing 3rdparty suppliers
  • Experience building and managing budgets
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful
  • Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving established objectives
  • Experience working on large clients/projects with many moving parts
  • Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently
  • Highly organized as well as ability to be highly flexible in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Proactive self-starter, able to identify projects and tasks, and see them through execution
  • Agency experience is a plus – Automotive experience is even better, yet not required!
