As the Account Development Director, you will be crucial in developing and implementing growth strategies for selected Creation Technologies customers doing business with the Vancouver business unit. The successful candidate will identify and onboard select new logos as required.


  • Broaden and advance creations’ relationship with the customer.
  • Ensure a high degree of Customer Value and drive ongoing improvements.
  • Position Creation as the “value added” solution provider of choice with the customer’s senior management.
  • Identification and analysis of the Company’s competitors.
  • Classification of Target Customers and penetration strategies
  • New Business Development with existing Customers.
  • Develop thorough account plans and sales strategies.
  • Support the Quoting of new products and re-quoting of existing products.
  • Lead the identification of new customers opportunities by working with the Customer and Customer Focus Teams
  • Management of targeted Customer relationships to ensure ongoing synergy and optimization for the Company.


Qualifications:


  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience in an Account Development role; EMS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the electronics industry, market trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
