Overview Account Development Representatives (ADRs) are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects. They are responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing accounts. ADRs are also responsible for providing customer service and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Detailed Job Description Account Development Representatives are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects. They are responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing accounts. ADRs are also responsible for providing customer service and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They must be able to identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
