Our IDEA Global Internship Program
Our IDEA Global Internship Program is a full-time paid internship for approximately 12 weeks starting in or around June 2023. Interns will receive support, coaching and mentorship, gain practical work experience, and develop new skills to expand their career possibilities.
Through the course of the program, we’ve designed a variety of exciting, fun and thoughtful sessions and experiences. There will also be opportunities to connect, collaborate and build relationships with interns across the globe. All interns follow two tracks of learning: the in-depth learning and skillset relevant to their role and the broad breadth knowledge of our business operations. Our IDEA Global Internship Program curates a journey for each intern to discover where their passions lie and helps them lay out their career path.

About This Team
Planning owns defining how sales and inventory plans are shaped by store, defining clusters for segmentation and localization and the flow of inventory to stores and between channels to support the design vision and financial targets. Our ability to optimize the right product for each guest has allowed lululemon to flourish as the most productive retailer in the industry. Providing each community and guest with the right product, in the right sizes, has created transformational experiences for the people in our collective .
A day in the life
Some Of The Tasks, Roles And Responsibilities Include
All of our interns play an important role in our business and are key members of the team.

• Learn about the end - to - end business process of Margin Analysis, Planning and Forecasting in different time frames (current, near and long-range planning)
• Outline, develop and lead the integration of BePlanet considerations in our margin landscape
• Take on a Margin Initiative project to support our BePlanet pillar.
• Detail how we can incorporate our goals vs product initiatives into the overall margin forecast and targets
• Bring understanding and clarity around the margin process w ork ing with cross functional teams to discover the margin needs as they relate to BePlanet
