About This Team
As a Global SEO Analyst, through regular quantitative research, reporting and insights delivery, they will play a core role in helping to shape and continually evolve the SEO strategy for lululemon across our regions. Remaining close to the data, they will regularly collaborate with global SEO and cross-functional partners (such as Analytics & Data Science) to analyze and identify strategies and new opportunities to drive increased guests and revenue.
A Day In The Life
  • Estimation and measurement approaches as it relates to activations within the SEO team
  • Support in-region Specialists and Managers with management of intake as it relates to business requests for guest search insights and performance analysis
  • Drive impact estimation of upcoming SEO activations, as per roadmap, to support prioritization conversations across the broader business
  • Manage the SEO reporting dashboards and enhance reporting processes for the SEO function, inclusive of analytics and technical tool dashboards (e.g., Botify, Google Search Console, etc.)
  • Undertake regular proactive analyses of the organic landscape and guest search data (i.e., keyword research) to identify emerging trends and opportunities for team and cross-functional partners
  • Innovate and stay up to date with current technologies and trends within the SEO industry, including new tools, applications, and best-practices
  • Strategic input into prioritization of work based on understanding of performance and growth opportunities
  • Ways to establish and improve analysis processes to support greater efficiency of performance reporting
  • Assess overall impact of SEO work and subsequent ROI where possible, supporting in-region Managers in producing summaries for stakeholders
  • Maintain visibility of overall SEO/organic search performance, providing insights and context around movements identified, spearheading the evolution of our strategy
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of and ability to write Python and SQL
  • Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage time and priorities based on business focuses; can meet short deadlines where needed
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO and business tools to drive analysis including; Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and keyword tracking tools such as PiDatametrics
  • Global Scope – NA, EMEA and APAC
  • Ability to analyze data and provide clear actionable tasks and recommendations relating to on-page and technical SEO factors for SEO and cross-functional partners
  • 3-5 years of SEM/SEO experience, with experience working on a B2C eCommerce brand
  • Experience and confidence in building processes and identifying tooling opportunities to improve analysis efficiency
  • Advanced Excel experience required including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and Charting
  • Excellent knowledge of data visualization platforms – PowerBI specifically a huge plus
