Our IDEA Global Internship Program
Our IDEA Global Internship Program is a full-time paid internship for approximately 12 weeks starting in or around June 2023. Interns will receive support, coaching and mentorship, gain practical work experience, and develop new skills to expand their career possibilities.
Through the course of the program, we’ve designed a variety of exciting, fun and thoughtful sessions and experiences. There will also be opportunities to connect, collaborate and build relationships with interns across the globe. All interns follow two tracks of learning: the in-depth learning and skillset relevant to their role and the broad breadth knowledge of our business operations. Our IDEA Global Internship Program curates a journey for each intern to discover where their passions lie and helps them lay out their career path.

About This Team
The Store Planning/ Exit Team owns defining how sales and inventory plans are shaped by store/outlets, defining clusters for segmentation and localization and the flow of inventory to stores/outlets and between channels to support the design vision and financial targets. The goal of Exit planning is to support the business in providing a premium brand experience by planning and executing clearance strategies to maximize sales at the highest possible margin. Our ability to optimize the right product for each guest has allowed lululemon to flourish as the most productive retailer in the industry. Providing each community and guest with the right product, in the right sizes, has created transformational experiences for the people in our collective.
A day in the life
Some Of The Tasks, Roles And Responsibilities Include
All of our interns play an important role in our business and are key members of the team.

• Participate in the weekly analysis and insight building based on business results
• Assist in the project management of major product initiatives
• Learn about the development, execution, and communication of merchandise financial plans and strategies that support the merchandising, marketing, and financial objectives of the brand
• Prepare and participate in Merchandise Review meetings
