Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Eligibility Requirements (Canada Summer Job):

Primary and secondary research on industry sectors, trends, and market dynamics; preparation, presentation and iteration of this research; and

Data analysis, clean-up and structuring for data sets underlying key operational processes.

4 to 16 months experience in your chosen business area

Process Engineering Internship - Shell Scotford Complex (Fort Saskatchewan, AB) - 4, 8, 12 or 16 months

Perform on-going case management, follow up, tracking.

2+ years of experience in a leadership position with demonstrated skills in program coordination.

Strong organizational skills, able to take initiative, manage change/transitions with the ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines and targets.

Certification in Crisis Intervention, First Aid, Occupational Health & Safety and Life Skills an asset.

Provide effective support to newcomers to achieve their long-term employment/education success.

Work in collaboration with MPE team to identify and secure work experience placements, paid employment, and mentoring support.

Create, design and present analytical reports and appropriate recommendations for customer / employee experience improvements

Passionate about data, user experience and performance

Experience in delivering data analysis and deriving user insights

Solid storytelling skills and excellence in presenting your work

Proven experience in data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)

Experience with the Design Thinking methodology an asset

Identify and analyze business and technical requirements to create diagrams, flow charts, and documentation

You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.

Database knowledge (Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)

Salesforce, Power BI and/or Tableau experience would be considered an asset

Work with a team of highly-motivated, technical generalists and bankers to deliver clean and effective solutions
