Our mission is to nurture and develop the next generation of diverse, talented professionals by providing them with hands-on experience and a supportive, inclusive learning environment. Our program is designed to equip interns with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to excel in their chosen fields and make a meaningful impact on the industries they serve.

● Marketing Specialists (SEO, Social Media Management, Brand Development, Ads Management, Video & Photo Content Creation and others)

● Community working on our Volunteer Projects

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Pathfinder Internship Program, applicants must be enrolled in a Canadian institution with a job placement requirement as part of their program.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS INVOLVES THE NEXT STEPS

• Complete the online application form.
• Optionally, prepare a portfolio or relevant work samples for your last interview.
• Participate in the interview process (1-2 rounds).
• Submit your resume and cover letter.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE AND DURATION

The Pathfinder Internship Program spans three-four months (unpaid) and includes the following components:

• Final evaluation and recommendations with references based on performance
• Workshops and training sessions on various topics
• Mid-program evaluations and feedback
• Mentorship from experienced professionals
• Orientation and onboarding
• Assignment to specific departments based on interests and skills
• Networking opportunities and potential job placement assistance

Based on performance, interns may have the opportunity for full-time employment after the program.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Though the Pathfinder Internship Program is unpaid, interns receive numerous benefits, including:

• Access to the Accelerator tour cost per ticket $2500 USD) and can join in any city
• Virtual conference participation on behalf of the team
• Great recommendations based on your performance after 3 month
• Potential full-time employment based on performance
• Access to all online courses (current value $5000 USD) during the internship and two months post-internship (total 6 months)
• Networking opportunities
