Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify data collection issues within analytics dashboards and help build out stories of how campaigns performed.
  • Work collaboratively within analytics team to deliver analytics projects.
  • Create platform tags and support with conversion tracking.
  • Provide ongoing tag management support to internal team membrs
  • Suggest supplemental or alternative tracking points within web experiences.
  • Learn how to best translate client tagging requirements into functional specifications within various tag management platforms.


Strategic Expectations:

  • Stay up to date on digital media trends and new opportunities.
  • Identify gaps or new opportunities within current tagging implementations and reporting and help to resolve or explore them further.


Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace or equivalent as well as Slack
  • An effective and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Collaborative team-player yet comfortable with independent work
  • Experience with or willingness to learn advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Pinterest, etc)
  • Experience with SQL and Python is considered a plus, though not required
  • Basic knowledge of website architecture (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Experience with or willingness to learn tag management platforms (Google Tag Manager, Telium, Adobe Launch, etc)


The Interview Process:

  • Final Round Interview (30-45 minutes)
  • Past Experience Deep Dive (45 minutes)
  • This round is largely focused on meeting the leaders you'd be collaborating with and meeting more members of the team.
  • In parallel to this round, we'll speak with your references.
  • Intro Call (15-20 minutes)
