The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for working with the entire Carbon Controls team to ensure timely processing of all incoming and outgoing Shipments. hey should have good communication and organization skills and be able to multitask.

Duties

• Maintain Shipping and Receiving paperwork in an organized manner
• Pack and unpack materials
• Work directly with Carbon Controls team to achieve customer-oriented goals
• Prepare and ensure all Dangerous Goods documentation is handled correctly
• Prepare and/or sign off on shipping documents
• Report any damaged stock or equipment to superiors
• Maintain quality control of goods by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
• Schedule Shipments
• Prepare and ship all Outgoing orders

Qualifications

• Good computer skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook
• Outgoing, can multi-task and organized
• Self-motivated and able prioritize
• Previous warehouse experiences an asset
• Ability to lift and move boxes and equipment as required.
• Fork lift operator
