Your new role

Based in the Edmonton office, the Logistics/Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible and accountable for successful execution of daily order and materials handling. This includes co-ordination of all aspects of the order from production to final invoicing. This role liaises with all stakeholders to ensure successful execution of all assigned orders.

· Confirmation of customer orders

· Creation and maintenance of purchase orders

· Expediting of orders

· Creation of delivery notes

· Invoicing

· Creation and maintenance of material masters in SAP

· Crating estimation for air and ocean exports

· Maintenance of inventory

· Direct liaison for customer inquiries as to the status of their order

· Direct liaison with internal customers including sales, accounting, service, and marketing

· Any other duties as assigned

What you’ll need to succeed

· College Diploma or certification in procurement is preferred

· Minimum 3-5 years in similar role

· Intermediate to advanced computer processing skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

· Experience with SAP is an Asset
