Ashfield est à la recherche d’une personne énergique, orientée vers le client et le patient, qui atteindra les objectifs de service mensuels en transmettant des messages clés et en établissant de bonnes relations avec divers professionnels de soins de santé (PSS) par téléphone et/ou à l’aide de plateformes numériques. L’associé(e) collaboration virtuelle doit s’assurer que tous les objectifs convenus avec les clients et les indicateurs de rendement clés (IRC) liés au programme sont constamment atteints. Le responsable du poste assurera la communication avec les PSS en les informant et en leur fournissant des détails sur le(s) produit(s) et/ou les services unique(s).
Il s'agit un contrat de quatre mois.

Principaux objectifs :
  • Gérer les relations avec les principaux influenceurs, les clients et toutes les unités opérationnelles d’Ashfield par le biais de points de contact réguliers afin de s’assurer que les indicateurs de rendement clés (IRC) du programme sont atteints.
  • Démontrer les valeurs d’Ashfield au quotidien.
  • Planifier les appels, identifier les principales parties prenantes de la clinique et susciter l’intérêt lors de chaque interaction.
  • Engager le dialogue avec des professionnels des soins de santé (PSS) et des parties prenantes des cliniques médicales en effectuant des appels téléphoniques sortants au nom du client afin de transmettre des messages clés sur les services.
  • Établir des relations avec les clients grâce à des interactions de haute qualité et à l’identification des besoins des clients et des patients.
  • Être autonome et avoir la capacité d’évaluer les occasions d’affaires afin de gérer correctement la liste de PSS cibles et de répondre aux attentes en matière d’appel.
  • Répondre à toutes les demandes des clients dans les meilleurs délais.
  • Maintenir un environnement d’équipe professionnel et une communication de pair-à-pair.
  • Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs des diverses divisions pour l’année fiscale.
  • Saisir dans le système de gestion des relations avec les clients (CRM) toutes les informations clés recueillies au cours des appels.
  • Aider Ashfield à maintenir les affaires existantes et à promouvoir des services supplémentaires en fournissant des informations et des occasions opportunes à son responsable immédiat sur la base des interactions quotidiennes.

Virtual Engagement Associate
Do you have what it takes to break into the Pharmaceutical industry?
Ashfield is looking for an energetic customer and patient centric individual who will meet service targets on a monthly basis by delivering key messages and building relationships with various healthcare professionals via the phone and/or digital platforms. The Virtual Engagement Associate must ensure that all agreed client objectives and program-related KPIs are consistently met. They will be responsible for communicating with healthcare professionals by educating and detailing the unique product(s) and/or services.
This is a 4-month contract.

Key Objectives:
  • Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and medical clinic stakeholders by placing outbound phone calls on behalf of the client to deliver key service messages;
  • Be self-sufficient and have the ability to assess business opportunities to properly manage their HCP target list and meet call expectations;
  • Capture accurate key information discussed during calls in the Client Relationship Management System (CRM);
  • Maintain a professional team environment and peer to peer communication;
  • Manage relationships with the key influencers, clients and all Ashfield business units through regular touch points to ensure program KPIs are delivered;
  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner;
  • Pre-call plan, identify the key clinic stakeholders and generate interest with each interaction;
  • Support with meeting departmental fiscal year objectives;
  • Build rapport with customers through high quality interactions and identifying the customer and patient needs;
  • Help Ashfield maintain existing business and promote additional services by providing insights and qualified opportunities to the direct manager based on daily interactions;
