The Influence Agency is a growing marketing agency that specializes in Influencer Marketing, Community Management, Content Strategy & Development, Creative Media, SEO, Paid Media, Web Design & Development, and much more!

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Videographer with an eye for detail and the flexibility to create assets for multiple brands and industries. Our Lead Videographer will work hand-in-hand with the Creative Director, Account Director, Creative Services and the entire Creative Media team to produce beautiful and attention-grabbing video content that can be shared on social platforms (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.), website pages, advertisements, and so much more. The successful applicant will not only have the skills to create different forms of dynamic content but also to produce video content that is unique, forward-thinking, interesting, and award-winning. This is an exciting position at a fast-moving agency that is focused on challenging industry norms and developing programs that are best in class.

We work in a hybrid model! You will have the option to work both at home and at our awesome office in Toronto in addition to being on set for numerous shoots in the GTA and beyond with a variety of notable North American brands and talent, such as Staples Canada, Napoleon, Rakuten, Well.ca, Jamieson Wellness Inc. (Jamieson Vitamins, Smart Solutions, Iron Vegan & Progressive Nutritional), Gino’s Pizza, LeapFrog & VTECH, Tricon Properties, KISKO Freezies, and many more. We’re looking for someone who is located in or around the GTA with the ability to travel to our office or shoot locations regularly.

Abilities & Skills

Need to have

• Fully proficient using video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc
• Experience managing and coordinating production logistics including equipment setup
• Ability to produce video content for a wide variety of subjects (ie. Food, People, Products, Location, etc)
• A portfolio showcasing diverse video projects, demonstrating versatility and creativity in various styles and genres
• Expertise in operating and utilizing advance videography equipment and professional product tools (i.e. camera, lighting, microphones, lenses, filters, etc) to capture high-quality footage
• Expertise in professional video editing techniques, delivering polished and visually captivating final products
• Ability to conceptualize and contribute to content strategy, ideation, creative direction, operational planning and logistics, and more
• Client-facing experience, ability to communicate professionally, manage client relations, etc

Excellent to have

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field of study
• Experience with social media video formatting and how videos exist on platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Agency or Brand Experience
• Creating videos intended to drive conversions and leads
• Understanding of trending video styles from social media (TikTok) and how to implementfor clients
• Valid driver’s license and ownership of/regular access to a vehicle
• Attentive to what other brands and creatives are producing, a keen eye for what is happening around you in the industry
• Proven track record of creating engaging and shareable content tailored for social media platforms
• Ability to layer motion graphics and creative text over videos and create animations
• Ability to edit social media video within thenative apps for Instagram Reels & TikTok

Experience

• 3+ years of experience
• Looking for an individual with a passion and skill for Design, Media, Marketing, and creative thinking

• Working with Established Branding Guidelines:
• Comfortable and/or experienced in working within brand guidelines to produce beautiful and engaging video content and collateral.

• Fully proficient using video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro and the full Adobe Suite of programs, DaVinci Resolve, etc
• Content Development:
• Ability to produce branded content and contribute to content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other common distribution channels
