Ensure all creative adheres to existing brand guidelines and social media best practices.

Assist Video Producers during the pre-production process: vendor coordination, shoot prep, brainstorms, etc.

Client-facing experience, ability to communicate professionally, manage client relations, etc

Position: Experienced Videographer and Editor

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of 3-5+ years

Proven work experience as a Video Editor, showcasing a strong portfolio of edited videos for YouTube and social media content

Candidates must have knowledge of camera operations for both still photos and video, and knowledge of lighting and composition

Location: open to people in the GTA

Work-term: Full-time with option for part-time

Time Management: balances a myriad of tasks; prioritizes duties to meet project milestones/deadlines

Manage and archive digital content and assist archiving video library.

3 – 5 years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, or equivalent work experience in a related field, is an asset

Specific proficiencies:Intermediate motion graphics (Adobe After Effects)Expert editing (Adobe Premiere Pro)

Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask

·Experience with copy editing and proofreading; knowledge of Canadian Press style

·Experience with reviewing and developing story ideas, and assigning and managing freelance journalists of all skill levels

Resourcefulness – someone who recognizes challenges and offers solutions, and has an entrepreneurial spirit

·Minimum five-years’ experience with substantive editing of long-form magazine features

·Knowledge of Christianity is an asset
