Videographer And Video Editor Jobs

You will work closely with myself (agency founder and head strategist) and content creators to create viral worthy videos

Come up with video ideas and create shot lists/ mood board for content creators

You will be in charge of editing all client video content

Research latest trends and what's working in each niche

Excellent understanding of either Capcut, premiere pro, final cut pro

Know how to add captions to videos

Ability to meet deadlines in an unsupervised work from home environment

Expertise in Davinci Resolve; and access to Davinci Resolve Studio (as all projects will be cloud based)

Ensure all videos meet quality standards

Local physical access to Durham Region as there will be some in-person work, and exchange of physical media assets

Owns and is an expert in using their own camera and lenses

Work closely with Producers and Production Manager on content management, file organization, and equipment coordination.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software - After Effects and Premier or other motion graphics software.

Knowledge in operating standard digital video cameras and equipment is a plus.

Source and edit high-quality video content with a focus on delivering for social media audiences.

Ensure all creative adheres to existing brand guidelines and social media best practices.

Assist Video Producers during the pre-production process: vendor coordination, shoot prep, brainstorms, etc.

Client-facing experience, ability to communicate professionally, manage client relations, etc

Looking for an individual with a passion and skill for Design, Media, Marketing, and creative thinking

Comfortable and/or experienced in working within brand guidelines to produce beautiful and engaging video content and collateral.

Position: Experienced Videographer and Editor

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of 3-5+ years

Proven work experience as a Video Editor, showcasing a strong portfolio of edited videos for YouTube and social media content

Candidates must have knowledge of camera operations for both still photos and video, and knowledge of lighting and composition

Location: open to people in the GTA

Work-term: Full-time with option for part-time
