FLO is seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team across Estern Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for setting sales goals and objectives, developing sales strategies and plans, managing and coaching a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.

About The Role
- Execute the go-to-market strategy for the region, including setting sales targets, budgets and forecasts.
- Possess a deep knowledge and understanding of Federal, Provincial and Municipal funding rebate programs.
- Support and lead new business development efforts and long-term agreements with major accounts across the public and private sectors. Key focus areas will be Cities, Government, Commercial, Retail, Distribution, and Automotive Dealerships.
- Assist in launching new products to market.
- Develop and maintain sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Build a winning culture, focused on collaboration and teamwork.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, including marketing and operations, to ensure the sales function is aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with manufacturing sales agents representing the FLO product line.
- Manage the evolution of FLO’s B2B channel distribution relationships including electrical wholesalers, dealerships, and electrical contractors. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our channels are well- resourced and capable of representing FLO as competent brand ambassadors.
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure the team meets corporate objectives and delivers exceptional customer service.
- Support the preparation and execution of high-quality customer proposals, quotations, tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) and other business development initiatives.
- Effectively manage team’s use of Salesforce CRM to track regional sales activity – pipeline reporting, opportunities generated, and lead management.
- Serve as the liaison to the Sales Director. Promote effective and efficient communication.
- Align teams with KPIs and OKRs set by the company.
- Direct and support B2B and B2C sales activities across the region to build sustainable sales pipelines that surpasses the sales targets set for the region as they relate to key market segments.
- We require a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, who has a proven track record of success in sales management.
- Ability to travel as required throughout Western Canada.
- Knowledge and experience in the EV charging industry is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organization skills, time management abilities, and multitasking aptitude.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- 3 years of experience managing a sales team, strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
- Team player and good sense of humor with commitment to succeed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Computer proficient, with experience using Microsoft Office products and CRM tools (preference shown to experience with Salesforce.
