Our Systems Engineer will design, build and implement Microsoft Teams solutions for our customers. Working under the direction of project managers and alongside other systems engineers and our customers, you will deliver quality solutions including accurate documentation and knowledge transfer. You will also support presales activities such as requirements gathering, technical design and reviewing professional services Statements of Work.

What you'll do:

• Focusing strongly on client relationships, including organizational, project management, and problem solving sills
• Delivering complete technical project solutions for customers
• Having knowledge and broad understanding of industry standards and IT Service Delivery concepts, and the ability to envision, design, and implement robust Microsoft Teams collaboration solutions
• Assisting in scoping and project planning for complex Professional Services projects

What you'll bring to the table:

• A strong foundation in technology components – client, storage, compute, virtualization, Networking, and Security.
• Experience with design, configuration and implementations of MS Teams and Enterprise Voice.
• Travel expectation 30%
• Knowledge in Microsoft Azure, O365, Intune, and Microsoft Security Center (a plus).
• 5+ years in industry working as a subject matter expert in the Microsoft Technology stack.
• Microsoft certification (MCSE or MCSA) in at least one current discipline (e.g., MCSA: Office 365)
• 3+ years of related work experience leading enterprise projects.
