Supervisor, Property Accounting Jobs

Our client, in the property management industry is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to fulfill a 6+ month contract. This Accounting Supervisor will supervise 5 direct reports, where they will be involved in performance management and working closely with a dynamic group of people. This successful candidate will be leading the full month end close, posting and assisting with reconciliations, along with approving the Accounts Payable cheque runs and review the Accounts Receivable. The Accounting Supervisor will review monthly financial and management reporting, assist with budget and any other reporting required.
Requirements
This successful candidate will have:

• Being deadline driven and displaying strong leadership experience are a must coupled with strong collaboration and a process improvement mindset

• 5+ years experience in Accounting with 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Property Management and Yardi experience is an asset
