Property Manager and Crew Supervisor Jobs

Highly proficient time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work in a fast paced, changing environment

5 + years progressive insurance adjusting experience

Chartered Insurance Professional Designation and a desire to continue relevant industry education (FCIP, etc.)

Preference will be given to those with 10+ years of facilities maintenance and supervisory experience

Familiar with automated preventative maintenance programs an asset has basic keyboarding skills

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities/construction management, project management or architecture.

Knowledge and experience in monitoring a budget.

Manages design consultants to get necessary drawings and specifications prepared.

Collaborates with Manager, Property to coordinate construction aspects of projects including work completed by contractors.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Oversight and management of Crew Travel Coordinator schedule and shift coverage.

Provide subject matter expert feedback to management regarding Crew Travel procedures during negotiations periods.

Investigate and provide feedback on supplier issues to crew, management, and/or other departments.

Identify areas of non-conformance/non-compliance and report to Manager, Crew Scheduling & Travel.

Identify existing areas of improvement and provide feedback to Manager.

Property Management and Yardi experience is an asset

5+ years experience in Accounting with 3+ years of supervisory experience

Being deadline driven and displaying strong leadership experience are a must coupled with strong collaboration and a process improvement mindset
