We are looking for exceptional candidates to begin a new role as Crew Supervisor. This role is a permanent, full time position based in Kitimat BC. This is fly-in, fly-out rotational role. Responsibilities

• Manage project labour crews between 5 and 20 people
• Coordinate with project coordinators on goals and resources
• Train, mentor crews while promoting and enforcing high safety standards

Qualifications

• Background in leading teams
• Understanding and comfort with industrial labour
• High comfort in computers and basic systems
