What You’ll Do:

• Motivate and educate a high-performance team of service professionals who are passionate about food and are accountable for providing warmth and knowledge to our guests.
• Be responsible for preparing our restaurant and team for success and providing them with the tools to excel.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of CedarCreek wine and culinary offerings
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively follow up on guest requests
• Lead our Home Block team throughout service, providing on-the-floor support in all facets of our dining experiences.
• Complete supplies orders and assist in managing inventories

What You’ll Have:

• 5+ years of food and beverage service experience
• Serving It Right certification
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in B.C.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, & Excel)
• Wine knowledge is essential
• Open and flexible schedule for the duration of the season
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a contemporary dining environment
