What will your responsibilities be
Contribute to and execute the creative strategy for MintList, with 60% focus on web/online projects, 30% on print marketing projects, and 10% on video social/marketing projects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually stunning and compelling design materials that align with our brand identity.
Understand project requirements and concepts, using creativity to produce high quality designs.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing & Art Director to ensure brand consistency across all projects.
Take ownership of design projects and manage them from concept to completion.
Keep up to date with industry developments and tools, and continually seek opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
Proficiently create video edits by utilizing raw footage from our extensive library or capturing new video content, all in accordance with specific project specifications and requirements.
Demonstrate comprehensive familiarity with various social media platforms, encompassing their specific design prerequisites and proficiently crafting corresponding design assets aligned with those requirements.
Create PDFs for Print & Team review
Following development timelines to ensure projects are completed on time

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and video editing software Like Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro
Proven ability to produce high quality web, print, and video designs.
Excellent written verbal communication & collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
A portfolio showcasing your creativity, design process, and past work.
Photography and Videography skills
Experience with digital content, such as social media, online advertising, and email campaigns
Strong analytical, time management, and multitasking skills

Working conditions:
We are all currently working remotely; when conditions permit we aim to offer a balanced hybrid model of WFH and in-office located at UBC Robson Square, smack in the center of Vancouver.
