We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The primary role of this position will be to work under the direction of our senior designers to create engaging social media designs, unique logos, impactful branding, and other marketing material that elevates our clients' brands. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of creative professionals who are dedicated to pushing the envelope in design. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of design resources (i.e., assets, timelines, budgets) and workload across projects.
• Work closely with our marketing and design teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients' business needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends and techniques.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, while also pushing creative boundaries.
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and implement design concepts, graphic images, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Create and present design concepts to the team and clients, bringing fresh ideas and a unique perspective.
• Design creative projects from concept to completion, including social media posts, logos, branding materials, and other marketing assets.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate design concepts and ideas.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Any relevant experience showcasing your design skills and expertise in branding, social media designs, logo designs, and vector illustrations.
• Experience with Figma or other relevant design tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines.
• Experience and portfolio in UI/UX is a plus point, but not required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro.
