What you’ll do

As the Creative graphic designer, your main responsibility will be to maintain the visual brand identities across various consumer-facing content. Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to developing innovative concepts and creating original visual content specific to the individual brand's needs. Reporting directly to Creative Manager to ensure all designs meet brand expectations and are aligned with the goals of the organization. In addition to the creative executions, graphic designer should identify flaws and create workflow solutions to improve design capabilities and maintain internal databases for design and photography.

• A curious design mind with the ability to analyze and visualize on the fly

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• Presentation skills to brainstorm and strategize ideas for projects with specific requirements

• Strong communication skills to accurately express and convey ideas internally with multiple teams and outside contractors and other satellite resources

Secondary tools you’ll need

• Advanced Illustration skills

• Complete expertise of the Adobe Creative Suite with a strong emphasis on Illustrator, In-Design and Photoshop

• Solid background in print layout and typography

• Basic understanding of apparel design, headwear design, and trim development

• Proficiency in graphic print conception, layout, design, and execution on various fabrications

• Basic understanding and execution of web animations and web design

• Experience maintaining a clear brand visual strategy

• Background overseeing digital content production and post-production in photo retouching

• Ability to maintain branding visual guidelines (logo sizing, typeface, branded documents)

• Experience creating retail graphic design

• Solid comprehension in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Minimum 5+ years of graphic design experience
