WHO WE ARE

Our family-owned and operated winery, nestled in the hills of West Kelowna, produces small-batch wines that showcase our love of farm and family. This combination of homegrown, handmade wines paired with a limited, high-quality production makes our wines both delicious and hard to get your hands on. We are community builders, dog lovers, and Pinot enthusiasts (in no particular order) with a passion for growing grapes and good times on our farm at the top of Bartley Road. For the first time ever, we are looking for a friendly, energetic tasting room crew member to join the Niche team and family!

WHO YOU ARE

• B.C. Serving it Right Certification.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge and skill in providing engaging and authentic hospitality.
• Passionate about building a career in the wine industry.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience using Wine Direct and Square is an asset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-management skills.
• A proven communicator who is comfortable entertaining groups of guests.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Help us meet our wine and wine club sales targets.
• Lead tours, tastings, and other guest experiences.
• Maintain merchandising, organization, and cleanliness of the winery.
• Provide engaging hospitality that translates into wine sales.
• Describe our wines, winemaking, and story.
• Facilitate checkout experience for guests using the POS system.
• Set up and clean up (including washing and polishing all glassware).
