·Support policyholders in understanding the temporary housing process within an insurance claim and by providing exceptional customer service.

·Assist in selecting suitable properties that meet our clients’ requirements.

·Prepare leases, contracts, payment authorization and other paperwork as required.

·Apply time-management skills while dealing with multiple urgent tasks simultaneously.

·Liaise between policyholders, property managers and insurance adjusters.

·Respond to changing requirements, issues and repair schedules and address as required.

·Enter and collate accurate information for billing purposes.

·Produce and send monthly statements to follow up on outstanding payments from clients.

·Any other task as deemed necessary by management across Accomsure’s team.

Candidate Requirements:

·Excellent time management and prioritization skills

·Excellent communication skills

·Fluent English – both written and verbal (bi-lingual in French is considered an asset, not required)

·Attention to detail and advanced written communication skills.

·Experience in a service-based industry such as hospitality, real-estate or travel & tourism considered an asset.

·Conflict management, service focused and solution driven experience.

·A proven collaborator

·A post-secondary degree or diploma in Arts, Science, English, or History is considered an asset (not required)

Location & Commitments:

·Permanent, Full-Time position - $18 to $22 / hr.

·Company provided Health & Dental Benefits

·Resilience in joining a start-up business while entering an enterprise in growth mode.

·On-site requirements to collaborate and drive solutions with peers and management in a timely manner.

·Reliable transportation is required – on-site parking provided.

·Standard working hours (8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday), occasional overtime for evening and weekend shifts may be required to support emergency response.

·Ability to sit & work long hours from a desk location.
