(Spanish) Content Localization And User Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct an in-depth analysis of the needs, behaviors, and attributes of Spanish-speaking South American users to develop effective daily operations strategies. Utilize scenario-based operation strategies to guide user behavior and improve user experience, ultimately improving indicators such as DAU and VT per capita, and upgrading existing users.

2. Develop new VIP users effectively and ensure high retention rates, activity levels, and conversion rates of old VIP users through content operation, user access, hierarchical management, event planning, and benefits packaging.

3. Create targeted operational strategies that align with key goals, supporting performance growth, and demonstrating familiarity with marketing channels in Spanish-speaking regions.

Qualifications:

1. Preferred experience handling paid VIP member products.

2. Proficiency in operation and user event planning, user operation analysis, and sensitivity to changes in user behavior.

3. Ability to accurately identify user needs while possessing strong business sense and market insight.

4. Fluency in Spanish and English, and understanding of the Internet user market in Spanish-speaking regions.
