Complete work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching and painting.

Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled or as needed basis.

Assist in checking electrical systems such as air conditioning controls, television sets, lighting systems, and make minor repairs and/or replacement.

Refurbish furniture and fixtures such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows, and counters. Paint and finish furniture and fixtures if needed.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 65 pounds without assistance and maximum of 140 pounds with assistance.

Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods, often for a minimum of 2 hours at a time.

1 year related plumbing experience required

Nova Scotia Red Seal Journeyperson Plumber Certificate

Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Organizes and conducts meetings with project staff and management to communicate information related to each function’s needs concerning project requirements.

Perform requirements and compliance management tasks as required.

Aid Senior Management in operational planning, employee program development (e.g., awards, incentives, sales plans), and resource planning.

Manage SLS reporting and oversee the program's overall management.

Proficiency in SAP and warehouse management systems.

Combination of post-secondary education and relevant experience, or equivalent.

Strong background in service quality management with notable achievements.

1. Preferred experience handling paid VIP member products.

3. Ability to accurately identify user needs while possessing strong business sense and market insight.

4. Fluency in Spanish and English, and understanding of the Internet user market in Spanish-speaking regions.

Measures and publishes facilities KPI metrics to the management team; interprets data and recommends findings

Dissemination of demand work orders to maintenance staff using the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

Experience operating a forklift, pallet jack, and power jack to load trailers is required
