About The Job

Swipe Credit is a VC-backed startup that helps lenders grow their cash flow and social impact with human-centered AI. We are transforming the loan vetting process for banks, credit unions, and lenders.

This role is indispensable. Our Senior Account Executive will be a key player in our sales and revenue growth. We're looking for you to provide examples of challenges tackled in previous roles - namely, what worked and what didn't. Experience building sales momentum at the startup stage is key. Below you'll see the experience we deem necessary — but we appreciate that everyone solves problems differently and is open to meeting candidates with varied backgrounds.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Hone in on new and effective sales and outreach strategies that make a difference towards reaching our goals.
  • Take ownership of onboarding and integration timelines.
  • Conduct sales discovery with an eye for both the close and successful onboarding and retention.
  • Collect key product data from customers in order to help facilitate product growth, operational improvements, and the development of new use cases.
  • Take a high-touch approach to onboard all customers.
  • Take a mentorship and leadership role in our sales team to bring forth success from all contributors.
  • Dive deep into our product and scale outbound campaigns for our well-defined customer profile.
  • Establish relationships with leaders and decision-makers across all relevant financial services companies.
  • Work directly with a passionate and relationship-oriented founding team.
  • Leverage and scale our CRM to achieve maximum engagement with our customers.
  • Explore partnership opportunities for brand acquisition with relevant lenders and financial services companies organizations.
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline while updating forecasts and tracking/optimizing against KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive and open-minded attitude.
  • A track record of over-achievement and consistent quota attainment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience within fast-growing tech startups.
  • Authentic excitement for stewarding customers from initial engagement, onboarding, and long-term retention.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the willingness (not just the ability) to become a true product expert.
  • Early-stage sales experience, to the extent that you can recognize and iterate on creative ideas to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Strong presentation skills.
