About Our Client
Our client is an established design build GC, dedicated to commercial and industrial construction projects across the ON market. Their work ranges from complex renovations to ground up new builds.
Due to current growth, the organization is looking to secure an experienced Site Manager / Coordinator to join their team to be based in their SW ON office and on various project sites in London, ON.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Work with third party stakeholders, owners reps and trades to ensure effective project delivery
  • All other duties as required
  • Work closely with upper management and site supervision to deliver project on time and on budget
  • Support the management of the day to day operations for multiple commercial and industrial design build construction projects, supporting the general superintendent and construction director

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Expertise in commercial and industrial design builds, full cycle project experience
  • Several years of experience working with local market GC's and Design Build companies in project coordination, site supervisory and/or project management capacities
  • Strong network of industry professional contacts and sub-trades
  • Excellent safety record and track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Strong leadership, technology and general construction experience
