Employ daily communication process with Sales, Distribution, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality to drive group efficiencies, manage inventories and production performance.

Oversee and manage Local and National Contracts to ensure expectations and purchasing gains are achieved.

Work with Central Environmental Department to develop, implement and manage operational standards to oversee activities and mitigate our environmental impact.

Minimum of five years’ experience working within the facility services industry including three years in a management or supervisory role

Represent management and foster a positive work environment at all times with cleaning staff

Ordering of supplies, tools & equipment and management of a preventative maintenance program to keep all equipment in safe working order

Available to work a flexible schedule in order to manage the requirements of the position in a seven day/multi-shift service schedule

Minimum 5 + years’ experience of site supervision in residential construction in BC.

Must be a resident of Canada.

Experience of cable laying on construction plants (wind turbine experience advantageous)
