TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Site Manager position in Oshawa, ON.

Overall Purpose of a Site Manager

Ensuring client overall satisfaction by addressing their needs quickly and effectively

Optimizing site performance and efficiency

Organizing & coordinating teams at site level to fulfill jobs/missions, managing the site teams and ensuring good social climate on the site/sites

Preparing sites and teams for Technical resource requirements

Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies & QMS

Reports to

Director of Operations/Regional Manager

Responsibilities Of a Site Manager

Client relationship & Business development

• Being the face of TRIGO on the site(s), guaranteeing client satisfaction and building solid relationships, (incl. support to claim management)
• Ensuring clear and transparent communication to the client
• Providing the sales teams with site information on new client opportunities and insight for the quotations
• Developing business with existing clients on farming, and upselling (support provided by Sales for the quotation preparation and/or negotiation)
• Monitoring competition (services, prices, etc.) at the site level

Operations

• Ensuring compliance with established KPI's
• Estimating job/mission costs as accurately as possible
• Making sure that all required information for contracts, traceability and instructions are well documented, on time, with up-to-date information
• Ensuring continuous improvement to optimize services provided and site efficiency
• Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
• Making sure operational management tools, and monitoring tools are up-to-date, with accurate information
• Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents

Organization & management

• Working with recruiting to maintain proper levels of staff, considering turnover and new business
• Developing & retaining teams
• Ensuring staff availability and qualifications to perform the jobs/missions

Technical

• Analyzing technical requirements for customers jobs/missions (existing or upcoming)
• Identify technical resources when needed to anticipate and fully address client needs
• Supporting development of technical expertise at the site level

Other

• Any other duties as assigned
