Accountabilities:

As a team, we are dedicated to working with our internal and external business partners to deliver flexible, effective, secure, and efficient methods, processes, and technologies to help us build the world’s most effective supplements.

  • Manages and monitors the progress of incident/problem/change/service requests
  • Determine when escalation is required in order to minimize negative impact on the customer
  • Be customer focused with the ability to listen to customers, identify their needs and provide relevant information in a courteous and professional manner
  • Creates, updates and documents processes, resolutions, research and procedures revolving around incident requests through Incident Management system
  • Develops effective working relationships with the user community and teammates
  • Delivers quality and service by communicating with the customer in an effective and timely manner
  • Handles several tasks concurrently, while maintaining a sense of priorities (impact x urgency)
  • Participates and contribute to projects while still maintaining operational service levels
  • Other role related duties as assigned
  • Identifies and provides quality resolution to a variety of hardware and software problems using current known procedures and processes as required, to restore services in a timely manner
  • Act as a single point of contact for Corporate employees by responding to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support. Be able to support after-hour emergency calls on a rotation basis within the team.

Experience & Skillset:

  • Effective conceptual, diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of basic web and network technologies
  • Proactive and able to continuously manage change in an extremely fast paced, energetic work environment
  • Up to 2 years of related experience preferably within a consumer packaged goods environment
  • Working knowledge of Client Service products (Windows 10/11, OSX) and proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (Teams & Sharepoint), Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with Jira Service Management/Service Desk would be an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new technologies
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • 2-3 years working knowledge of Mobility products (Apple iPhone/iPad), MacBook and Mac desktop
  • Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with JAMF or similar mobile device management would be an asset
  • Ability to follow and apply established processes and procedures
