VinFast Auto Canada Inc. an OEM distribution company with a Direct-to-Consumer business model, has an ambitious growth strategy planning rapid retail and aftersales facility expansion in Canada over the next 12 months. SCOPE OF THE JOB

As the Service Concierge, you will be responsible for supporting your Service Centre team with various day-to-day responsibilities. Your assistance will be required by the Service and Parts Teams to perform various functions, relating to the support of vehicle servicing and customer handling. The salary range for this position starts at $50,000.

As the Service Concierge, you will quickly solidify your value within our team. Your responsibilities will include:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Wash vehicles as needed
• Support Service Department in performing daily tasks
• Provide customer convenience via vehicle pick up and delivery services
• Oversee lot organization and clean-up
• Courteously greet customers in Sales, Service, and Delivery, exemplifying VinFast’s customer-first philosophy
• Increase general productivity of the service center by supporting Advisors, Technicians, Parts
• Deliver vehicles between production, service and sales operations
• Clean shop and perform miscellaneous tasks as required
• Stage vehicles as needed
• Other related duties as required
• Other administrative and support functions as needed
• Support Parts Team with daily tasks such as, but not limited to, receiving parts, stocking shelves, and parts delivery

WHAT YOU BRING

• A passion for customer service, and for the Electric Vehicle industry
• Luxury experience, Electric Vehicle industry experience, start-up experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, ability to learn other systems as required
• High School Diploma/GED or Relevant work experience
• Attention to detail
• Able to stand for 8 hours and must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract/record
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A capacity to creatively solve problems and think quickly in a busy, fast-paced environment
