Job Responsibilities

• Greet people entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
• Enter order information to system
• Maintain petty cash float
• Keep a current record of staff members’ whereabouts and availability
• File and maintain records
• Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer and forward calls, providing information and taking messages
• Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided
• Receive payment and record receipts for any customer pick-ups
• Maintain lobby and reception area

Preferred qualifications & skills

• Additional languages a definite asset for career growth
• Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field
• 1-2 years previous Front Desk / front line Guest Service experience in a fast paced retailer operation.
• Cashier and computer experience a plus
