We are an international architectural visualization company with an office in Vancouver, Canada. We specialize in providing high-quality 3D visualization and animation services to architectural offices and real estate developers. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced sales manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for market research, identifying of potential clients, and reaching out to them to sell our services. You will work closely with our marketing and business development teams to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets. You will be the face of our company to our clients, and your communication skills will be critical in representing our brand and services.
Requirements
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must reside in Canada and have legal authorization to work.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Fluent in French language (written and verbal) will be considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the architecture or real estate industries.
- Knowledge of architectural visualization or related fields will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Present our services and value proposition to potential clients in a compelling manner.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and opportunities to the management team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target potential clients and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Reach out to prospective clients through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
