What You Will Be Doing

• Communicate with stakeholders across the business (Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure completeness and accuracy of performance data
• Improve and scale financial operations processes to apply across the new multi-product SaaS portfolio at Rockwell Automation.
• Continually improve management reporting processes via online software & offline tools
• Analysis of results against plan and forecast, identification of root causes forward-looking implications
• Ad hoc reporting and special projects as assigned
• Partner with accounting team to support timely and accurate financial reporting
• Weekly and monthly management reporting and ensuring reports are available on the scheduled dates including both financial and non-financial KPIs
• Work with other members of the Finance & Operations teams to assist in streamlining data and reporting via dashboards
• Build familiarity (and eventually, expertise) in the SaaS business model, including Go-to-Market, financials, and SaaS-specific KPIs (LTVCAC, ARR, Conversion Rates, etc)
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial & operational reporting for management

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelors Degree in related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast growth software as a service (“SaaS”) / software business considered an asset
• Systems hands-on experience with financial and visualization software Salesforce, Netsuite, PowerBI are a plus.
• CPA designation a plus
• Excel Competency would be highly valuable (strong modelling skills, ability to build complex models, and following best practices)
• Business Partnership Track record of using quantitative analysis to impact key business decisions through data driven analysis.
• Data Analysis A passion for understanding business questions and making data driven insights. Excellent analytical skills.
• 3 - 5 years of total work experience, including at least 1 year of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, business / revenue operations or similar role
• Communication Ability to present financial data concisely using detailed reports and charts and through written and oral communication.
