About the Company


Our client operates over 100 child care locations across North America. They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A who will be responsible for financial and operating analysis oversight, building financial models and analytical tools to measure overall financial performance, and to develop short and long range forecasts and budgets.


About the Opportunity


  • Oversight of cashflow reporting and forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and basis
  • Create models, analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information
  • Drive internal process improvements and controls; continually identify opportunities for automation to allow the team to perform world class analytics
  • Provide analysis and prepare reports in areas such as forecasts, financial plans, month-end reporting, and budgeting
  • Ownership of Government Subsidy and Grant reporting and analytics function
  • Work with the Finance and Operations team and independently across the company to provide analysis and insights to key stakeholders including company leadership
  • Month end reconciliation analysis of regional, provincial/state, and country revenue and cost drivers that impact profitability
  • Participate in special projects and ad hoc assignments as required


About You


  • Advanced Excel skills
  • 3 + years of FP&A experience, including developing budgets, forecasts and financial models
  • CPA designation or close to completion (CFE passed)
  • Experience in a related industry is a strong asset


Salary Range

$90,000 - $95,000/year + 10% bonus
