  • Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to understand key business drivers, identify opportunities for growth, and evaluate investment decisions. Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing financial insights, scenario analysis, and guidance on business optimization
  • Financial Strategy: Contribute to the development of financial strategies that support and accelerate the company's high-growth objectives. Evaluate new business initiatives, expansion plans, and market penetration strategies. Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies to inform decision-making and identify areas for growth
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the development and execution of the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Collaborate with executive leadership to establish ambitious financial goals and strategic initiatives that align with the company's high-growth trajectory in the tech-enabled services market
  • Forecasting and Modeling: Guide the development and evolution of robust financial models and forecasting methodologies to assess business performance, predict future outcomes, and support rapid growth planning (organic and inorganic) in the tech-enabled recurring & professional services industry. Continuously improve forecasting techniques to enhance accuracy and provide early warning indicators. Support M&A activity with robust analysis of target businesses and comprehensive integration financial plans and forecasts
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing FP&A team capable of supporting the company's rapid growth trajectory. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
  • Capital Allocation and Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and return on investment assessments to support capital allocation decisions

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
