Job Description

CONTRACT: 15 MONTHS

START DATE: ASAP

SETUP: Mostly remote, will need to be able to travel to office occasionally throughout the contract period, and for the first 1 month of training, the role will be in-office.


ROLE:

  • Drive Financial discipline, fact-based decision-making, and Financial visibility across the company
  • Lead an impactful and high performing team; establish clear team and individual objectives, support performance and career development, and bolster team engagement
  • Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and develop relevant reporting for the business and Board of Directors
  • Serve as a strategic business partner and advisor to the leadership team, identifying and monitoring KPIs and metrics that drive business decisions and accelerate outcomes
  • Lead the company Financial planning processes including the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long term plans
  • Prepare Financial analyses and strategic models to inform business decisions and strategic growth opportunities
  • Increase the speed, efficiency and automation of the Financial planning and analysis processes to support the timely delivery, quality and transparency of information


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong track record in complex revenue forecasting, customer analysis (acquisition, retention, churn) and overall Financial planning and analysis
  • A strategic mindset that is committed to growth and collaboration
  • 10+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience, including 3+ years leading an FP&A team in a high growth and fast paced environment
