POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a talented Senior Director of Product Operations capable of delivering high-profile projects based on strategic priorities. The candidate will leverage product management, leadership, and technical product skills to lead cross-functional projects that drive scalable and sustainable processes within the Research & Development organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate the corporate roadmap planning process with all Product Directors & Managers while effectively collaborating across all functional areas.
• Work alongside the Product Managers to enhance & redefine communication activities and processes.
• Manage all software vendor relationships and the budget & planning processes.
• Lead all bi-weekly reviews for Product and ensure KPI’s are relevant, impactful, and current.
• Manage all internal Product processes & structures with Teams, SharePoint and other internal tools.
• Implement and facilitate a standard prioritization process for all feature development across all the Cority solutions.
• Direct & administer the standardization and ongoing enhancements of all product tools (Pendo, Aha, JIRA, Asana, KLUE) and evaluate additional tools that would add value to the organization.
• Standardize the communication processes associated with the content and timing of all Product Roadmaps and releases.
• Provide additional product management or project management support as needed
• Create dashboards that track the usage of the applications within the Cority’s product portfolio.
• Other duties as assigned
• Lead the standardization of all product processes, taxonomy and reporting to ensure awareness, consistency, and transparency for all product activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Agile experience
• Pragmatic Institute Certified
• 10+ Years of Product Management Experience – SaaS Preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate business concepts to senior executives, developers and other key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Product Operations Experience a Plus
• Experience implementing standard processes & guidelines.
• Previous experience managing product management tools such as: Pendo, JIRA, Aha
