Director Of Professional Services - Leading Risk/Grc (Security) Saas Vendor

Zearch are helping a unique Third Party Risk Management/GRC Vendor and hiring for a new Professional Services leader to lead a team of around 8-12 PS Consultants and Project Manager's globally.

This role would suit someone coming from one of the big 4 or a boutique consultancy or another GRC/Third Party Risk business.

Role

• Assist in shaping a global strategy for professional services that aligns with the company's overarching business goals.
• Establish performance benchmarks, complete performance evaluations, and foster a cooperative and innovative team atmosphere.
• Offer guidance, mentorship, and direction to the team to ensure the provision of high-quality services and fulfilment of client expectations.
• Supervise and lead a team of professional services consultants, project managers, and relevant staff.

Team Development

• Deliver strategic customer programs in tandem with broader team resources.
• Foster and sustain connections with key clients, taking time to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Recognize opportunities for growth, market trends, and emerging client demands to push the expansion of service offerings.
• Ensure timely, on-budget, and scope-compliant project completion, all while maintaining exacting quality standards.
• Lead and grow a team to 10+
• Work collaboratively with clients to understand project scopes, deliverables, and schedules, adeptly managing their expectations.
• Supervise the planning, implementation, and delivery of professional services projects across diverse geographic regions.

Hands On

• Work collaboratively with sales, product, and engineering units to line-up client needs, product capabilities, and service delivery approaches.
• Establish and uphold quality assurance procedures to ensure uniformity and adherence to service delivery best practices.
• Disseminate updates on project progress, risks, and achievements to internal stakeholders and clients, upholding transparency throughout the project life cycle.
• Efficiently allocate resources for project staffing and utilization whilst maintaining balance of workloads to maximize operational efficiency.
• Gather feedback on project outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Specify key performance indicators (KPIs) for the professional services team and monitor performance against these indicators.
• Organize routine reports for executive management, spotlighting accomplishments, hurdles, and areas for improvement.

• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
