Sherweb has an ambitious plan for the evolution of his customers experience. Our team goal is to continue adding value for our customers and partners through a unique experience on our customer portal that delivers valuable product propositions so they can work better. You will contribute to this goal by being a lead for change, at the top of the Product Strategy and by driving the execution of this strategy.

Succeeding in this role involves mastering the following responsibilities and being a pillar for the product platform, in addition to being an exceptional collaborator for the sales, marketing and product development teams.

• Conduct market and competitive analysis on a regular basis and gather clients’ feedback to confirm/adjust the business strategy and initiatives
• Participate in the development of the marketing action plan and the communication strategy
• Ensure the creation of sales tools and marketing documents for our sales team, partners and resellers
• Analyze sales results periodically and for launches or specific promotional activities
• Attend and speak at events and conferences to promote the products as well as learn about the market and gather feedback from clients
• Participate in the preparation and presentation of product training sessions (internally and externally)
• Participate in fixing customer satisfaction objectives and establish the necessary priorities to reach them
• Define the product’s roadmap as well as new features and monitor their execution in collaboration with the development teams
• Ensure good governance of the platform product
• Work with the development, operations, sales, marketing and technical support teams to guarantee the product’s success on the market
• Define the product’s vision and plan its business strategy and execution
• Assure the competitiveness of the product on the market, and sales target achievement

• Knowledge of the MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry is an asset
• Prior experience or knowledge about marketplace development is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Bilingualism is essential (English and French), written and spoken
• Knowledge of PSA/RMM industry will be considered an asset
• Bachelor or College degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent combination of academic and experiences
• Prior experience with digital experience transformation is an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• 3 years’ experience minimum in product management or a similar role
• MBA completed is an asset
