Establish training plans for production operators and monitor the progress of the new employee’s qualification process.

Interact with the administration, regulatory affairs, product development, health physics and quality groups to meet all regulatory, financial, and operational requirements.

Work with Business Development to manage relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Possess knowledge and understanding of Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) regulations.

You will be responsible to conduct regular performance reviews as per the corporate performance management process.

Manage the manufacturing process with Fabs, OSATs, ODMs and other partners ensuring that they meet yield, quality, cost, and delivery expectations.

Establish and manage KPIs related to the manufacturing process, including yield, cycle time, cost, and quality.

Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Capital project and portfolio management experience.

Highly organized with good time management skills

Create and implement an asset management strategy that supports improved operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Manage reliability, engineering, and maintenance cost performance within budget.

Manage the response to equipment disruptions.

Build solid, trusting, respectful relationships with the colleagues, team members, and leadership with an in-depth knowledge of business operations.

Active management and coaching of site leadership teams requires high presence in plants with regular engagement on the production floor.

Manages, supports, and coaches leaders within Production and Maintenance across multiple manufacturing sites.

Works closely with Engineering and Finance to ensure BOMs are accurate and updated to reflect operational improvements.

Cross-functional leadership experience in Engineering or Supply Chain is an asset.

Experience executing large scale capital projects such as a facility start-up or installation of automated production lines is preferred.

Experience working in an environment with strong Maintenance practices is preferred.
