Sr Director/Vp - Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations

Our client, a leading Telco in the world, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Line Manager to join our team to oversee execution of the Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations of their products. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the Semiconductor Supply Chain and Manufacturing process with a proven track record of working with Fabrication/Foundry partners, Outsourced Assembly and Test (OSAT) vendors and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Semiconductor Supply Chain efforts to optimize manufacturing operations and ensure supply chain efficiency based on the product need.
• Develop and execute the Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Establish and manage KPIs related to the manufacturing process, including yield, cycle time, cost, and quality.
• Manage the manufacturing process with Fabs, OSATs, ODMs and other partners ensuring that they meet yield, quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
• Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer support to bring products to market on-time and on-budget.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and partners in the semiconductor manufacturing chain.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations, including wafer fabrication, assembly and test, and packaging.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Manufacturing Management in Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations or Semiconductor Supply Chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of launching successful products on-time and on-budget.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Extensive experience working with vendors and partners, including Leading Fabs, OSATs and ODMs, to manage the manufacturing process for semiconductors through fabrication, assembly, packaging, and test.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
