Semiconductor Fabrication Engineer Jobs

• Excellent relationship management skills, both internally and externally.

• 5+ years’ experience with engineering responsibility on fabrication projects.

• Experience working on project teams consisting of engineers and designers/drafters.

• High level of knowledge of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and other static equipment

• Strong knowledge of design codes such as ASME, API, TEMA, HEI, NACE, CSA etc.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

≥ 3 years of experience with integrated photonics fabrication and fabrication process development, especially in the fields of etch and/or lithography

Experience with data analysis and related software, such as Python, JMP, MATLAB, etc.

Excellent communication skills and strong sense of teamwork

≥ 5 years of experience with integrated photonics fabrication and fabrication process development, especially in the fields of etch and/or lithography

Experience working in a production environment for semiconductor and/or integrated photonics products

Experience with full product development cycle, from R&D through volume ramping

Working knowledge of purchasing principles, and procedures, and supply chain management challenges and practices

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering; consideration will be given for an equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Build and leverage strong working relationships with internal customers and key suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met

Develop and gain internal stakeholder support for a preferred supplier strategy

·Performing data entry in the ERP system to record inventory, production completion, and other relevant information.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

·Minimum of 2 years of experience in setting up and operating custom cable production machinery.

·Strong mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations.

·Excellent organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

1.$20 - $24 per hour, based on experience with custom cable production machinery.

8+ years of experience in Product Management or Manufacturing Management in Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations or Semiconductor Supply Chain.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA preferred.

Manage the manufacturing process with Fabs, OSATs, ODMs and other partners ensuring that they meet yield, quality, cost, and delivery expectations.

Establish and manage KPIs related to the manufacturing process, including yield, cycle time, cost, and quality.

Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
