Sales Director Canada Jobs

Our client is a leading and innovative FMCG company.

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead their existing business in Canada.

Witihin your main responsibilities, we highlight the following:

- Organize and manage the Sales plan for the Canadian market.

- Develop client portfolio, define the product catalogue according to Canadian trends and organize the team structure.

- Develop, prepare, organize and implement commercial strategy.

- Track and provide a deep understanding of the market and competitors.

- Plan and control the annual budget.

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Degree in BA/ Economics/ Sales/ Marketing

- +10 years experience in a sales role in FMCG companies, ideally with experience in Candy&Confectionery or related products.

- Proven experience working with the key players in the Canadian market in Mass, Drug, Grocery, Convenience, Club, Discount, Alternate and Wholesale channels.

- Experience working with direct importers and Private Label customers desirable

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Fluent in English/ French (desirable)

- Solid commercial abilities, understanding of inventory control and logistics, analytical capacity, proactivity, marketing understanding.

- Available to travel.
