Responsibilities:
· Source and attract skilled healthcare professionals through various channels: This involves utilizing job postings, online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and attending industry events to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
· Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates: This includes reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and arranging in-person interviews to assess the suitability of candidates for specific healthcare roles.
· Coordinate schedules between healthcare professionals and clients: This entails ensuring that candidates are available for interviews, matching clients with suitable candidates for their open positions, and effectively communicating any schedule changes to all parties involved.
· Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions: This involves diligently recording and organizing resumes, interview notes, and other relevant information pertaining to candidate evaluations and interactions throughout the recruitment process.
· Perform administrative duties: This encompasses tasks such as creating and updating email templates, refining company processes and procedures related to recruitment, and fulfilling other administrative responsibilities that support the overall recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in healthcare recruiting and scheduling, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
· Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment.
