Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Events Coordinator at UCL.


We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated events coordinator to join our expanding events team at University College London – the second largest university in the UK. We operate a busy hospitality and events schedule throughout various campus of the university - everything from graduation parties, conferences, dinners, BBQs and other events.


Location: UCL


Rate of pay: £30,000 plus amazing benefits


Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday


Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure that the client expectations of hospitality food and food service are consistently delivered and exceeded
  • Have a passion for food, drinks and hospitality
  • Organised and efficient in dealing with multiple enquiries, emails and phone calls
  • Friendly, engaging and with strong customer relationships skills
  • Confidently communicate with operational departments and assure daily reports are printed and distributed
