About You


You are an Event Coordinator with a passion for creating exceptional event experiences. You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. You are someone who loves planning, organizing, and executing corporate events such as trade shows, conferences, exhibits, and seminars.

The Role


We are looking for an Event Coordinator that will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, both domestically and internationally, including conferences, seminars, exhibits, customer meetings, and conventions. You will also play a pivotal role in coordinating internal activities by working with various teams and organizers to define event requirements for customer visits, meetings, and other internal gatherings. You will collaborate closely with our Product Marketing Managers and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution and handle all aspects of event setup, including booth structure, space arrangements, graphics, rentals, audiovisual equipment, and more. Maintaining the smooth functioning of our office will also be part of your responsibilities. You will provide coordination support to other teams as needed and manage the schedule for our Customer Innovation Centre, facilitating meetings and coordinating vendors for maintenance and repairs.


What You Bring


  • Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in event promotion
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, with a successful track record in planning and executing events
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for event planning and execution
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and create memorable event experiences
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools
